Kim's Senior pictures!

My gorgeous sister! She came out here for Breckin's Baptism and so I took some senior pictures for her! They turned out great!! So hard to believe she is a senior this year! Makes me feel REAL old!

Baptism

Breckin was baptized on August 23, 2009 at Faith Lutheran Church here in Elko. Kim, my sister, was his Godmother. It was a great service and he was all smiles for the church to enjoy!

6 Month check up

Breckin had his 6 month check up today, on his 6 month birthday! He is very healthy and VERY happy baby. The Dr asked if he was always this happy and I said ya and he just couldn't believe it! He weighed 19 lbs which is the 77%, 27 inches in the 75% and head circumfrence was 17 1/2 inches which is 72%. He is perfectly fat all the way around!!! HAHA. He got 5 shots and screamed for all of them! Other than that he got all A+++. We have started giving him cheerios at breakfast and he really likes french fries! So we are going to start him on more solid foods! He doesn't stay full on the jarred baby food. He is really starting to army crawl VERY fast and VERY good. He gets his knees up in the crawling position and leaves his chest on the floor and moves his knees and uses his arms to pull himself around, its quite a funny scene! But it works for him and it really works too well for him!! The movements have started and I think I am really going to be in for it now!

Aunt, Uncle, and Cousins! Our new names!

Well on August 9, Levi and May added a beautiful little girl to the family! Reia Elizabeth was born at 1:56 am in Okinawa Japan. That now makes us Aunt and Uncle and Aspen and Breckin now have a cousin!! She is healthy and doing great! We are so happy for them and can't wait to meet May and Reia in the spring!!

Aspen has these goggles that go to her swim to me puppy and she for some reason thinks that they are better on her and Breckin! I got a few good laughs out of these pictures so had to share!

Surgery

Well I had Laproscopy surgery done on Monday (8/10). The Dr thought I might have endometriosis so he was going to do a conservative surgery to get rid of the endometriam. Well during surgery he found no endometriosis. He found a fibroid tumor on my left ovary, but said it was not what was causing my pain. So now that I am healing up from surgery I have to keep a calendar of every pain, cramp, "female" stuff that goes on for the next 10 weeks. He is looking for any patterns that will give him more indications of what it could be. After that if he can't find anything he is going to do a partial hystorectomy. He will take everything but my ovaries, so that I will not have to be on hormone supplements and my body will still be able to produce my own hormones and I will not be thrown through menopause. I go back on Oct 15 and will have more answers then hopefully!

Brandon finally got his Guitar Hero Complete Band set for his birthday! Aspen loves the "singer" (microphone), she sings her little heart out trying to sing along with the songs!!

Meet our newest addition to the family. She is a lab husky mix. She is about 9 weeks old and is a ball of energy! She has fit in perfectly with our chaotic schedule and crazy life!

We met Joe and Lisa in Idaho falls on Saturday to get Aspen. She was excited to see us, but not excited she had to go home!

Wow August already...where has the summer gone! I have been really bad about updating this on a regular basis!! :) Sorry..

Aspen went to Montana the last week in July and spent a week with Gramma Lisa and Papa Joe. She had a blast as you can see! She asked me on the way home, why do I have to go home mom, I want to stay at Gramma's! And I said cause I missed you and she said well Gramma will miss me now!
