We had a great 4th! The Basque Festival was on the 4 also so we went to the Basque Parade and met Katie and Jude down there. Aspen loved the parade, she tried to run out in the street to pet the horses! We then came back to the house and Jude and Katie came over for lunch and the pool! After 3 hours in the pool we took naps and then went to watch the fireworks. Brandon and Darren actually got home in time to watch them, this is the first year we have all been together to watch the fireworks! And it was Brandon's first time seeing the fireworks here in Elko which are considered to be the best firework show in the west!! Aspen loved them! Breckin laughed at them! All in all we had a great 4th! It was Brandon's last day with Liebherr on saturday, and today is his first day with Cortez! We are very excited about the new changes!
